If you live in the Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Thirsk, Malton, Skipton, Selby or surrounding villages and would like an outdoor stairlift installing in your garden, we need to survey your steps or area where you need a stairlift, before we can give you a quote.
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll contact you to book your FREE home visit appointment. Our experienced field based, surveyors will visit you at home at a convenient time and survey where you want your outdoor stairlift installing.
We understand that many of our customers may be vulnerable and shielding, or worried about inviting one of our surveyors into their home during these difficult times.
But relax, you’re in safe hands… in most cases our surveyor doesn’t need to carry out their initial face-to-face assessment of your stairs indoors.
Whatever type of stairlift you choose, our surveyor can provide you with a fixed price quotation, valid for 12 months, without obligation.
For your safety, we ensure that when our surveyors and engineers do visit you at home, they always wear personal protective equipment (PPE), rigorously follow strict hygiene protocols, including keeping a safe distance from you wherever possible; hand washing and thoroughly cleaning any equipment they touch.
In most cases, we need to visit your home for you to find out how much an outdoor stairlift will cost and when one can be installed.
