Straight Stairlift. What you need to know...
If you live in the Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Tadcaster, Wetherby, Thirsk, Malton, Selby, Skipton or surrounding villages* and need a straight stairlift installing at home, we need to survey your stairs before we can give you a quote.
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll contact you to book your FREE home visit appointment. Our experienced field based, surveyors will visit you at home at a convenient time and survey your staircase.
We understand that many of our customers may be vulnerable and shielding, or worried about inviting one of our surveyors into their home during these difficult times.
But relax, you’re in safe hands… In this digital age, we can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment survey for you. If you or a family member have a smartphone or tablet, we can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment and survey your stairs remotely.
This means, in most cases our surveyor doesn’t need to carry out their initial face-to-face assessment of your stairs.
We can arrange a video call with you, so that our surveyor can carry out (with your help), an assessment of your needs and your staircase layout.
Whatever survey you choose, our surveyor can provide you with a fixed price quotation, valid for 12 months, without obligation.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet, simply let us know, as you will still need a traditional on-site survey.
For your safety, we ensure that when our surveyors and engineers do visit you at home, they always wear personal protective equipment (PPE), rigorously follow strict hygiene protocols, including keeping a safe distance from you wherever possible; hand washing and thoroughly cleaning any equipment they touch.
In many cases, no-one has to visit your home for you to find out how much straight stairlifts cost and when one can be installed.
